That actually looks pretty good. I would recommend adding about $100 for a 120GB Samsung 840 SSD for Windows and your programs. It would really make day to day stuff feel really fast. It won't make games any faster but they will load faster.

Great power supply and overall very well balanced build.

Edit: I would keep the GSkill RAM especially over Kingston but you can save a few bucks by getting this.

Since you are ordering a locked CPU and motherboard you will not be overclocking so the stock CPU cooler that comes with the chip will be fine. No need to buy aftermarket cooling.

Onboard sound is quite good these days. I would try it with no sound card and see how you like it. You can always add one in the future very easily. It takes about 2 minutes to install one.
