First Gaming PC Build: Compatible+Well Chosen?

Hello,
I have chosen parts for my first PC build.
Here are the specs:
CPU Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard ASRock Z77 Extreme6 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 670 2GB
HD: WD Blue 1TB
Power Supply: Corsair Enthusiat TX750 12V

1. Are all these parts compatible?
2. Do I need to buy anything else to assemble the computer, other than these components? (ex. screws, cords, software other than windows)

everything looks sweet, you gonna need a case though. Screws and everything else will come with the products.

Also add a SSD (e.g. OCZ Vertex 3 120 GB SSD), that will boost system performance.........
