XFX 7950 or XFX 7950 BLACK

hello !

I'm about buying a new computer and i would like an amd graphic card. should it be XFX 7950 (800mhz) or XFX 7950 (900mhz) or a third one. i believe you can just oc the XFX 7950 to 900mhz if needed in stead of using that extra power constantly.

its all about the price difference...if its ok for you go 900...i bought gigabyte windforce 7950 900mhz and overclocked to 1100mhz..not sure if i could go that high from 800..
