Professional Advice on my New Build Please

Hey guys, so recently I've been thinking about building a new gaming PC. I would tips or advice on what parts to get. My Budget is $600-700 MAx.
My old pc (pentium D, Geforce 210 2gb, 3 gb ram) I know it's sad litlle pc

I really want an i5
CPU: a intel core i5 3550 LGA1155 on sale for 185.00 ..
MOBO: ASRock Z75 Pro3 LGA 1155 Intel Z75 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s for $76.00 ( is this good for a gaming pc?)

I need help with the rest of the build and are these 2 choices up there good?

I wanna play skyrim, bf3 , on really high settings .

lets say if I were to get Core i5 3570K 3.4GHz LGA 1155 Processor which is $189 at microcenter will it still work with the rest of teh build ?

That's fine but you'd probably want a Z77 motherboard instead of a Z75, and then you'd need a basic air cooler like the Hyper 212. But that shouldn't really alter the cost that much.

What a the best Z77 board aroudn teh price range of the upper one that will do the job ?

Good low cost models are the Gigabyte Z77X-DS3H and the Asrock Z77 Extreme 4.
