Are you buying a monitor: Yes, I found some nice 24in Asus Monitors for $125
Parts to Upgrade: Alrighty so I need a Power supply, mother board, the best graphics card that will fit into my budget, however I've been looking at the hierarchy chart and i think i can get one of the top 4.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Well, Microcenter is local to me and amazon has no tax for me so i prefer those however I'll use the one with the best deal.

Parts Preferences: I'm going through and Intel line

SLI or Crossfire: No

Additional Comments: I'm scared of it overheating, it'll be my baby so make it safe.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Well I'm currently running a 5 year old Toshiba laptop and I'm a gamer so I was due for an upgrade.
