I'm looking at building a new PC. I've been thinking for a while, and I've narrowed it down to 2 I think. The 2 that' I'm looking at are the:

Sapphire Radeon 7950 3gb

or

MSI 660 TI 2gb

Are either of these the best choice? I'm open to other suggestions but I want to keep the price right around the 300$ US mark.

Edit: This is for a gaming rig. Mostly using it for WoW, D3, Battlefield 3, Black Ops 2...and the like.

The monitor I have is only 1680 x 1050, although I'm looking at maybe upgrading that to one that's 1920 x 1080

theres already been a load of discussion about which one is better.
in the end its about which brand you prefer more and who you trust more.
if you dont have any preferences then it will depend on the games you will be playing the most.
in your case the games too show no distinct advantage to either cards. so go for what your gut feels and you wont go wrong either way. also which one is cheaper and which brand has better service would also affect your decision.
both 660ti and 7950 are almost inseparable from each other. so no particular preference
