It all fits in the case, though, for gaming, you just need 8GB of ram, since games don't use more than that, also you'll want a dual channel kit, i'd get the 7970 from xfx, it's cheaper and with a better cooling system, the sandisk ultra plus 128GB is a good ssd for less money, you can get a 2TB hdd for less, the xfx 550 core edition is at the same price as the CX500, and it's of better quality(it's made by seasonic) while the cx is the entry series of the corsair psus.
