Hello All!!!

First off, I have an Asus Radeon HD 6570 GPU and a Toshiba TV (not sure if I need more info than that).

Here's my problem, when I hook up the HDMI from the card to the TV everything looks really weird.

1. Some words are hard to read because they look 'broken'
2. There is a light brown tint that wasn't there before. I think that's normal though.
3. It really doesn't look better than regular 1366x768...

So here's my question.

Are there any ways to fix/improve this? Or is HDMI just not that great?

If I need to include more info about my TV just tell me.

Thanks! :hello:  !!!

Sounds like a resolution issue to me.
Yeah, info on your TV's resolution would be nice. Whether it is 720p or 1080p. Knowing that, you can adjust your display resolution to match your TV's native resolution.
As for the weird brown tint, it could either be a bad connection or the color settings on your TV may be off.

Rare but, also do not rule out a faulty HDMI cable as well.

P.S. HDMI is pretty great. :na:
