It is compatible, but I don't think you need that. If you really want, you could get a 3770k and a z77 motherboard. I would also get two 680's or 2 7970 ghz. both will cost less and kill a titan. The 7970 ghz is a little stronger than the 680 though. You definitely don't need 32gb ram. Maybe 16 if you want to brag. The "toned down" build that I am suggesting is still super excessive.
