HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So i just got my rig from IBP. i hooked up everything according to the quick start guide and when i boot it up my screen stays black..... i checked for loose wires and they all seem to be connected correctly, there are a lot of unconnected ones but pretty sure they are supposed to be unconnected.... the tech support is not at work right now so please help me!

Try taking everything out of the case and building it on a piece of cardboard. Something might be shorting out against the case.

I wouldn't suggest that right now. That will only introduce more problems beyond what he already has. The least of which would likely be voiding a warranty.

if there onboard video and a gpu try moving the video cable to both ports.
