I have searched the archives and have not been able to find any information
about recording directly to my computer. My Replay's see the computer
server when attempting to replay a show, but they do not see the server when
I attempt to record to a networked unit. Can this be done? I am utilizing
DVarchive V3.0

No, DVArchive is meant for archiving things that have been recorded on a
ReplayTV unit, hence the catchy name. It won't turn your PC into a
ReplayTV box. Most PC's don't have a tuner and even if you did, you
would need different software to make it a standalone PVR. Remember,
when you select "record to a networked unit" the show is programmed to
record from the networked unit is not transfered from the one you are
on.
