Hello,
My computer has recently had a few issues. It is a home built pc that has been regularly upgraded over a long period of time. Anyway, recently the graphics card died. I replaced the graphics card, and reinstalled windows 7. Everything was swell for about a month. Then I believe I have had a power surge on my PC, which has resulted in the onboard network periodically dropping out, which could be fixed by disabling/enabling the card using device manager. Also, one of my 2 monitors (on a completely separate power circuit) producing a "buzz" and switching and turning black after about 10seconds of use, while the other monitor continued to work fine. The computer also randomly reboots completely, with no error or warning, and the windows error logs are produced, but are black with no problem shown

I have installed a PCI network card (works well)

I have now replaced the monitor (after checking it didnt work on a 2nd computer, it was 7 years old) I upgraded the monitor from a 20inch to a 27inch LG. The old monitor still works fine, but the new one "flashes black", without going into power saving mode or anything everytime i change the dominate screen on it.

Also the rebooting issue has remained. The computer is fine if i just turn it on and leave it, for well over 30+ hours of testing. But if I am using it, it will die normally within an hour if I'm browsing the net, 30mins if i have a video running, 5mins if the video is 1080p on the new monitor. The computer will last about 45mins if i turn the video down to a small size.

Now i suspect this is a power supply issue. My computer specs are:

I am also running 6 hard drives, 2 cd drives(will probably unplug them in the near future)
I run duel monitors as well.

Do you think it is my power supply? I can't easily return the graphics card, so I have to be very sure if its the graphics card.
