Midtown Madness Problem

I just got the Game Midtown Madness. It is an old, but oh, so satisfiying
game. Anyway, when I get on the road, there is a graphics problem when all
these solid objects appear out of nowhere and then leave, then come back,
leave, then come back, leave, then come back...ARRGGGHH! Help ME!!

There's new patch in Microsoft Midtown Madness site,download it and u will see that its all gone
