Build a pc for Diablo 3 (max/high setting)

Hi there, wanna ask about making a gaming desktop that can play Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2 at high setting, my budget around $600-700.


CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Processor
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H or Asrock Z77 Extreme4 , or maybe other

I've got a first-gen i7, ancient GT 260 vid card, and 6 gigs of slow generic RAM powering my machine and Diablo 3 as well as SC2 run comfortably at high settings sans a few minor options.

I'll let the other gurus here tell you something useful about what is a good value, but my contribution is: you won't need to spend much. I've seen the new amd trinity CPUs (not that I would suggest it) take on D3 w/o GPU support.
