I have an old Notebook pc. I'm having problems with video streaming. I think it might be my graphics card. This is my system. I have updated to the max ram a few years ago. My C Drive is pretty much maxed out. I have an external drive but i'm not sure how to move stuff to it other then pics and music and word & excel docs.
Any tips would be appreciated. I tried updating the driver but the update is from 2004 and it really didn't work. I was going to go out and just get a new video card but I thought to try here first.
