A6 APU + HD7850?

When I found out my mother board supported amd dual graphics I was wondering what kind of performance boost in gpu power we were talking about so if I enable dual graphics on my PC what kind of performance boost should I get?

Nothing, the GPU in the APU is very weak. It will drag your Radeon 7850 down. I'm actually also pretty sure you can't have a dedicated GPU running without the GPU of the APU, it will crossfire. :)
  2. So I shouldn't enable it?
Also another question if I were to enable it, could I use my motherboards hdmi port instead of the one on the gpu

I am pretty sure you are limited in which cards it can dual graphics with on that processor (all lower end). The 6670 is the only one I remember as an option offhand and even then people were having so many microstutter problems that you were better off just staying with the dedicated. The drivers may have been much improved since then so take that with a grain of salt....

Edit: Link to compatible cards: http://www.amd.com/us/products/technologies/dual-graphics/pages/dual-graphics.aspx#3
  4. Alright thank you :)
