this happens a lot and i have never actually asked why or found or why... figures..
whenever i shut down ME, sometimes after it closes windows, it sits with the blinking cursor at the top of th screen and doesn;t continue to shut off or display the screen that says you can turn off your computer now..
whats the probelm???
