MSI Twin Frozr OC 7950 Low Performance.

Tested in many games I am unable to get a stable 60 frame rate. Playing Far Cry 3 on High with PostFX off and I still experience major microstutter and lag when FPS drops to around 30. Some places I can produce a solid smooth frame rate but it's inconsistent and makes the game seem quite choppy. I even turned all of the video settings to low and was still unable to reach a stable frame rate. It would show about 50 FPS and stutter uncontrollably just as High and Ultra did.

AMD FX 8120 @ 3.3 Ghz
8 GB 1600 ADATA RAM
Asrock N68 VS3 Motherboard
Corsair TX750w 80+ Bronze PSU
