Short question. Are Xigmatek Centauro 700watt PSU enough to run 2 GTX 660 TI?

it should be able to, but im not sure how reliable they are, consider a Corsair TX750, has pretty favorable reviews, and its from a bigger brand, with more watts!

o, ok then yea it should be able to run em, a GTX 680 in SLI uses around 550w, so you should be good.
