It won't be any bit noticeably faster than any other 7200rpm drive.

Corsair is fine. Stay away from the cx500. I think they fixed that but still has bad reviews. the cx430 is an amazing unit made by seasonic and will run your system no problem. If you are worried, grab a 450w or 500w from seasonic or the antec neo eco 520.
