Identifying network no internet access

I am wondering why I have perfect internet access on my Desktop and other lap top but on my Toshiba Windows 7 I get the "Identifying...""No Internet Access" every time. Ive tried deleting the bonjour service. restarting everything any help will be appreciated. And i am not very computer smart so the more detailed the better. Thanks

Check your Toshiba laptop network connections and make sure that it is getting an IP address from the correct gateway. On a computer that does connect type "ipconfig" into the command prompt box and record the gateway that is reported. That is the gateway that the Toshiba should use to obtain an IP address.
