What kind of GPU should i buy on 400 watt PSU ?

I have an ATX 400 Watts 28A and i want to buy a GPU to play some games and i have in mind the Nvidia 9800 gt and the ATI Radeon 5670HD and i dont know what to buy :( 




My Specs:

AMD Athlon 2 x2 245 2.9 GHZ
Nvidia 8400 gs 512 ddr2
3 gb RAM

Get hd 7750 and add 1gb ram more.

Yea at least 4 gigs of ram and either a 7750 or 7770 would be sufficient. You should look to upgrade your machine at some point if your machine is using DDR2 memory chances are your processor is at least 4 years+ old I would look into it.

but im kind of tight on budget so i chosen the 9800 gt and the 5670 HD cuz those two i can buy with my budget... :kaola:

What is your budget exactly I have a hard time believing that a 9800GT or 5670 would be good solutions for you. Even a 9800GT would perform vastly better with 4 gigs of memory.

my budget is 100 $ and i have just eneugh for these two cards in my country and im not a serious gamer so i dont need high-end GPU-s just a better one than i have now. :)

Used card never.gpu has short life and if you buy used ond it will not survive longer.get new card and search online store at your budget.

Agreed with Ash and you can get decent cards at that price range new that are far superior to the ones you have listed.
