More about windows showing wireless networks

  1. Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

Have a look in Control Panel>Network Connections and see what the status of the wireless connection is. Also, check Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager, right click Network Adapters and then the wireless adapter. Make sure it's enabled and doesn't have a yellow mark beside it. If it has, click teh Driver tab and on Update Driver.

What is the make and model of your wireless adapter?
