Can I run eyefinity?

I recently built my own PC, and am thinking of an eyefinity configuration, for gaming of course. Just wondering if my system can run it, I don't run Anti Aliasing at all, but I run at 1080p on very good FPS on all modern games. So what FPS would I average in a game like Far Cry 3, or Battlefield 3. I currently get 49FPS in Far Cry 3, and 60FPS on Battlefield 3.
