Bought a Sapphire HD 7950 3GB with only one fan. Is this a problem?

Bought this one

But I started checking pictures of Sapphires HD 7950 and mine only has one fan, while others have 2 or 3 fans.
Did I made a bad choice on this GPU or it really doesn't matter?

It's no problem. The card will be hotter than other cards with dual fans but it will still run fine. If you have a case with the option to install fans on the front, I suggest you install one fan (or 2 if possible) as intake so that the cards doesn't starve for air.
