Case Fan Modified or GPU fan?

I am trying to turn my CASE mounted fans on full blast, using AMD Vision Engine Control software, I have put the fans on 100%, is that my GPU fan I turned to the max or the case fans? When I place my hand on the case fan location on the case, its vibrating a lot, but when I put it on the GPU its not vibrating at all..

You turned GPU fan at full speed ... If you want to change your case fan speed, go in the bios. Software are not so good for that ....

Your member comfiguration does not list your motherboard.
If you are using an Asus motherboard try the Fan Xpert software. It works very well for me. Case fans are controlled by CPU temperature.
Another option is Speedfan. If it supports your motherboard.

Yeah, thanks, I just go Speedfan and I maxed out the fans...
