Ok ..holding off on building ...thinking this might work for a while.

Going with i7 because thats how this package comes.

It's pretty good for a prebuilt but you can get better value building your own. Also, I am pretty sure that's just the retail price for Office 2013, so if I were you I'd skip that and buy a license for Office 2010, which should be 20 or 30 bucks cheaper.
