hello. i am trying to build my first pc. i am new at this and i do not have much money. i have a 200$ budget... :( so im looking for a decent build that i could build. i really do not care how the case looks... a cheap case is fine. i need basically just the tower. no external devices needed like keyboard, moniter etc... thanks!

you need to just save some money and get your budget up to about 400 . the build below does not have an operating system so if you want windows thats gonna be another 100 . and its a pretty cheap setup . its just to show u that 200 doesn't buy allot .
