Prebuilt CyberPower PC. Is it Good?

Hey guys,
I'm planning to buy a pc from CyberPower for gaming (Like Skyrim, Minecraft, Just Cause ect) and just general web browsing.
I already have a monitor, but its 1440x900 so i don't know how good it will be with some games.
