Budget gaming pc

im wanting to build a budget tower for gaming and sli/cross fire able i want to go with amd roughly 500-650$ be nice if i could somehow work a quad core into this or a higher end dual core also if the mobo will hold a dual core cpu but be able to upgrade to quads in the future i don't need operating system hdd or a psu im currently using a thermaltake 500w psu also do have a monitor to and i also have a cd/dvd drive needing to build a new pc other pc of mine ended up shorting out lol

7870XT and FX6300
MB that is decent of overclocking and a cooler to go with it
Case and MB with USB3
Do you need an OS?
I would swap out to a better PSU anyways though IMO

only downfall is im in canada lol i can get everything except the vid card and the case from canadian websites
