So guys here is my list. Tell me what you think.

CPU = AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W Six-Core Desktop Processor FD6300WMHKBOX
= $139.99

GPU = PowerColor AX7850 2GBD5-DH Radeon HD 7850 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
= $184.99

MOBO = GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-S2 AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
= $48.99

RAM = Kingston HyperX Blu Red Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 Desktop Memory Model KHX13C9B1RK2/8
= $43.99

STORAGE = Seagate Barracuda 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
= $59.99

PSU = 500W Storm Silent LPJ19-25

Is that good enough to run BF3 Ultra at 45-55 FPS?

Where are you? Because Microcenter has cheaper HDD's as well, you could bundle it all and only pay shipping once.

I'm not sure of the brands of your region. But I imagine trusting your whole system to an 18 dollar PSU to not blow it all up would be the same as where I'm from, wouldn't do it myself. I would love to help you but I really have no clue of the PSU's where you're from, and the sites that do have your PSU all kind of really, really skimp out on all the specs.

Ok PSU is not that good.

How about the other items? Can it run BF3 Ultra 1080p at 45-55 fps?

Those seem like realistic numbers for that set up yes. My SLI 560's run it on ultra at around 60 - 90 FPS so one single card of yours should put that out.
