Zone problem

I have been having a problem with a few of the movie zones. I get my
programming from DishNetworks. I find that the ***+ and *** zones are
all mixed up. Not the end of the world, but a bother since I like to
record movies, and ***+ sometimes turns up interesting items. Since
there many many more *** than ***+ it is reduces the value of the zones.

I tried calling, but the person really didn't know what I was talking
about. I tried emailing and was told to clear the channel listings twice
and see what happens. Of course, nothing happened, except it took a long
time.

Clearly the zones come from somewhere, perhaps zip2it. (Or is it zap2it?)

They used to be alright. Does anyone know how to have the powers that be
at RTV do something about this?
