Additional Comments: I'm asking for help because i would like to know if upgrading from a 9800gt to a 7850 is a worthwhile considering my current system :
mobo : acer G33t-Am
Memory : 3g ddr2 667mhz
Hardrive : 500g
CPU : intel quad core Q6600 2.4ghz

I want to give my system an upgrade to play recent game like Tomb Raider and Bioshock Infinite that are both free with the purchase of a 7850.

The q6600 was a great CPU. However, I fear that it may hold back the 7850 with the low clock rates. You may have to overclock your CPU to really support the 7850.

Upgrading to a 7850 will grant you a massive increase in performance.

Considering that Bioshock infinite required cpu is a Q6600, i think it will handle the game. The problem with overclocking my cpu, is that i only have the stock cooler from intel...
