System:
AMD Athlon 7850 Dual Core BE 2.8GHz
BIOSTAR TA780G M2+ Mobo
3.5GB RAM
400GB HDD
XFX Radeon 7750 Ghost Thermal 1GB Graphics Card
Two VGA Monitors
Windows 8 Pro 32bit

Recently added a new graphics card to an old system. Before I bought I made sure I chose one with exact same displays ports as the old 5xxx card I had. 1 HDMI, 1 VGA, 1 DVI.

The problem is, one of my displays wont work. I have one in VGA and the other in DVI using a DVI/VGA adapter.

XFX have not replied to my support ticket in 24hours!

Many thanks,
Kai

I think it's not written on their website but most of the baseline graphic cards will only be able to use 2 monitors at once. If it's your case then it's bad for you. If you think the monitor is broken or not functionning normally you can try another one to see if it persists.

It says it supports two screens, hence why I bought the card.

He wants two screens. Reading fail.

Most modern GPUs only support a single VGA connection. The card clearly states one VGA, and one DVI-D. You cannot use a DVI to VGA adapter on a DVI-D port as there is no analog signal.

You should have bought a card that supports two VGA connections, like the one that has a DVI-I port and CAN use a VGA adapter, and also has display port which you could buy a VGA adapter for
