Does Asus hd 7770 work with intel mb and cpu?

Im currently using an old amd mb and an atholnx2 cpu. I really want to upgrade and go to intel instead. But can the asus 7770 work on intel or not?

It would help us if you gave your full specs when asking this question. Generally an HD 7770 will work fine on any motherboard that supports pcie x16.

500gb seagate 7200rpm hard drive
4gb Ram
some old disk drive
xfx 550w easyrail psu
Amd athlonx2
Asrock n68c-hucc mb

You should be fine with any new motherboard for Intel CPU's as your XFX PSU is up to the task of powering a 7770.
