Good weekend ladies and gentlemen. Need some advice on a sub-$700 build. This is the one that I currently have in mind. All suggestions or builds welcomed, including AMD.

I plan on price matching most of my parts at the local Fry's for convenience and returnability. They are most open to price matching deals on New Egg and Amazon FWIW.

Approximate Purchase Date: ASAP

Budget Range: $700 when all is said and done

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming (Sim City, Total War Series, BF series), streaming video on the interwebs, and work

Are you buying a monitor: No

This build is over my budget and over $100 more than the one I proposed. Fry's price matches new egg as well. Curious as to what the difference are?

Quick question. I noticed the power supply is 450w...is this cutting it close?

Yes it's cutting it close but will work fine.If you are going to overclock the GPU then i do recommend you purchase something with some more stamina. Antec Neo Eco 520C or Corsair CX500 V2.

Went with the Corsair 500 just to give me some leeway. All in all with taxes came out to $742 USD. Great price for the value. Thanks again!
