As mentioned in the title I'm looking to upgrade my PC.
My current pc I purchased from iBuypower almost 2 years ago. :p (Did not know much about pc's and didn't do any research)

Should I not even bother upgrading my PC?

I play WoW, Bf3, Cod, Tera, Gw2, Dota2, random steam games, and multi tab browsing.

my fps is around 35-45 in all of those games, on medium settings.

My current specs are;

Mobo - Gigabyte GA770T-USB3

Cpu - Amd Phenom II x6 1055t @ 3.8ghz

Cpu cooler - Arc silent watercooled
dual fans (Push-Pull config)

Gpu - Palit GeForce GTX 560ti
Memory : 2048MB / 256bit
DRAM Type : GDDR5
Clock : 822MHz / 2004MHz

Ram - Kingston HyperX 12gb (4gb x 3)
DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
Timing 9-9-9-27
Cas Latency 9
Voltage 1.65V

Psu - Azza Titan 1000w (non-modular)

Hardrive - 1TB Western Digital Blue
7200RPM
64mb Cache

By my upgrades I'm looking to do, it's basically putting together a whole new PC..

I plan on keeping my current Case, Gfx card, ram, optical drives, and possibly my 1tb hard drive.

But here is what I have come up with to upgrade my pc.

It totals around ~$900.

You don't need to spend that much on the motherboard, even if you're OC'ing.
The P8Z77-V LK is $50 cheaper and the only difference is 2 less SATA 6Gb/s ports and no WiFi. Also, if you're keeping your 1TB hard drive, don't need the SSD to be that big; go for one that's 120/128 and use the difference from that and mobo and put towards a new HD 7950 graphics card. Really don't need liquid cooling either, a Hyper 212 Plus or EVO does just fine with the 3570K for 25% of the cost.

What stands out to me most though is your RAM.
That voltage is not good and can damage the CPU.

Here's what I would do....

I was planning on saving up for another month or so to buy a gtx 670 or gtx 680 not really sure... I don't even know if I need to go that high considering I only play on one monitor. it would be nice to have a second for browsing or something.

Is the hyper evo 212 substantially louder than the corsair h100? I've always wanted to lean to a watercooled kit even if it is a corsair h100 cause I feel like it keeps it alot cooler under pressure.

I never really thought about the ram and volatage along with my mobo! I just bought new ram cause I kept getting BSOD when I received this computer and when I purchased new ram the BSOD hasn't happened one!

But thank you so much for the input! I'll keep it in mind!

You DO NOT need more ram... simply no reason to get more 12 is perfectly fine.

You DO NOT need another PSU the one you have is more than substantial.

Also I would never recommend the 840 series, if you're going to get an SSD get a good one, the 840 pro or the Vector4 are both fantastic.

The 7970 that you can buy from the savings above is actually better than the 670 AND the 680, there's no reason why not to go for it.

A 7970 should be more than enough for a single 1080p monitor it will max every game @ 60fps, though a couple games may slip under that.

The Hyper 212 Is one of the quietest CPU coolers I've ever heard, it makes getting to 4.0Ghz a breeze, and you will really enjoy it. If you're looking to do some more serious business, do not get the h100 but a noctua D-14, it's the same if not better than it at a lower price. A rule of thumb is only do water cooling if you plan on making your own custom loop, the closed loop CPU coolers are not even close to the maximum potential of water cooling.

The RAM you have currently shouldn't malfunction, you can look on the asus website to see if it is supported.

Something else to keep in mind is that you are going to have to purchase a new copy of Windows 7.

I've never really thought of getting a single AMD card, I've always read that single Nvidia out perform AMD. But when it's Sli/Crossfire, AMD will win always.

I will have to look into the hyper evo 212!! My friend at work has one but like I said I've always like look of the watercooled systems even if it is a closed loop.

Yeah I heard the same thing about nVidia... until I did some research. AMD pretty much always wins in terms of price/performance
