Making a computer for a friend, need opinions

Building a computer for a friend for less than $500. He wants something to pretty much do everything, gaming, video rendering, web browsing ect. This is what I came up with, and I need help making sure its all compatible and if I can get any better prices.

~$5 more for an extra 4gb of ram.

The onboard video will not be good for any graphic intensive gaming with decent quality.
You should add the MSI HD7770 GHz edition for 96.00 will be a huge improvement!!!

With the tower itself being about $400 since he needs an os too, I don't think a 7770 will fit in his budget.
