First Build Compatibility Check Please

Hi this is my first build and my biggest concern is the compatibility of my parts. I "think" i have them correct but im not 100% sure.
Some things to note: 1) This is a gaming rig. 2) I'm not keen on OC or CFX 3) I'm open to any advice or suggestions :D

Drop the psu to a 550w since you're not dual gpu. Dropped mobo to h77 since you're not overclocking. A 3470 is about the same as a 3570. Got a more roomy case with better airflow, you can always just get the zalman if you like it better. Hope this fits your budget. (All the custom parts are at ncix.com)
