Gaming Graphics Card. Good Enough? A question for the community

So I'm looking at this card, but I am not sure if it will fit all my needs.
I will be playing games such as Black Ops 2, Minecraft, Assassins Creed 3 and other games from Steam.
Will this graphics card be able to run these games well even when the games are fully maxed out?
