Mouse frozen

Hello,

I have a HP g Series and suddenly my mouse will not work, any assistance is greatly appreciated

Using a USB mouse to navigate and depending on your OS, go to start>control panel>hardware and sound>mouse and there should be an option to enable/disable the mouse...make sure its enabled. There should also be a property option where you can update the driver which might help as well.
