Computer reboot loop problem

My PC was working yesterday morning before work and then when i got home i found it rebooting itself every couple of seconds and couldnt get it to work, i have tried breadboarding it and it does the same thing please help. I just bought all the parts and built it in january.

What operating system do you have installed?
