Crt computer monitor problems

Hello,

I have a new COMPAQ Model FS76 monitor which was never used. I was keeping it as a spare. However when I tried to use it the screen appeared blurry, any suggestions as to what the problem could be.

I have a new COMPAQ Model FS76 monitor which was never used. I was keeping it as a spare. However when I tried to use it the screen appeared blurry, any suggestions as to what the problem could be.

I was wrong with the model number, it should have been Model 7600 and the size measured 16" on the diagonal.
