Hello tech gods of tom's hardware I need your help in building my new computer this outline should cover it but feel free to ask me any more questions.

Budget Range: $800-$1000

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, encoding/uploading gaming videos, web surfing, homework

Are you buying a monitor: I will be supplying my own 1080p HDMI

Do you need to buy OS: I will be putting windows 7 home premium 64 bit on it.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com and amazon.com but anywhere is fine.

Location:Howell, michigan, united states

Parts Preferences: I would like an intel proccesor prefferably an i7 but you guys know best. Also would like more than 8 gigs of RAM. I will probably only need a 500 gB hard drive as i will be getting a 3TB external from work. (i work at costco)

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution:sorry not completly sure heres the link http://www.amazon.com/VS228H-P-21-5-Inch-Full-HD-Monitor-Black/dp/B005BZNDOO/ref=dp_return_1?ie=UTF8&n=541966&s=pc

Additional Comments: if possible i would like the case to have a side window and blue LED's if possible

Both builds assume you need to buy an OS

Something like this
The 7950 boost is $300 + 10% off = $270 -$20MIR + $250
You can OC the 3570k with the cooler and mb
Put in an SSD since you got a HDD coming in

This is the basic configuration you need in a CPU. you can buy SSD later on since in my opinion include a ssd only if you have budget of $1500 and above

^ grab an SSD since you're already getting an 3rb hdd for storage

you don't need a plantium psu as they are over priced, you would do much better with an 600-650w corsair/antec/xfx/seasonic psu

for the motherboard, you can't oc on the b75 chipset, making your 3570k useless(conpared to the regular 3570) so get the asus z77 lk so you can oc

for cooler, i woild rather take a good air cooler like the CM 812 TPC for $40 over the h100i

you can stick with the 16gb of ram if you feel u need it

other than that everything looks good :)
