PSU powering 7850

Hello, I'm quite a noob so bear with me.
I have read the minimum requirements for the 7850: 500W. I have also read that the min req are exaggerated.
What Psu should i buy if i won't overclock in the near future.
My specs:
Intel® Core™2 Quad Processor Q8300
Biostar P43-a7 motherboard
4 gig ram

Something like an XFX Core Edition PRO450W would do for your current system. But you could buy a slightly bigger power supply to allow for upgrades later on.

An Antec VP-450 will work as well. Going slightly higher like 550W is probably better since you'll never know about future power consumptions and PSU do degrade over time.
