Best AMD graphics card running only on PCI-e slot power

Hi, which is the best AMD graphics card which does not require an additional 6 pin power connector, i.e., one which derives it power from the PCI-e slot only ?
Please suggest a few.. Thanks...

Hd 7750 hands down.hd 7750 at peak load it consumes 43w at peak so it can work even with 250-300w psu.there is no nvidia card which uses power from pci exp slot which can beat hd 7750.
