BSOD w/ 310.xx Nvidia drivers

So I recently switched from the AMD/ATI world to NVIDIA (for CUDA).... and things aren't going so well.

ALL of the 310.xx drivers result in a BSOD crash as the PC wakes from sleep. The problem does not occur with the 306.97 drivers.

The crash happens with a fresh install of Windows 7 64-bit SP1 with nothing installed except for the USB 3.0 driver, AMD's 12.10 chipset drivers, the AMD RAID driver, and the NIC driver.

Last night I installed WinDbg to look at the dump files, and they claim a driver crash caused by amdppm.sys, which I understand to be AMD's processor drivers. BUT, after spending the last 6 hours reinstalling Windows multiple times and troubleshooting, I discovered the BSOD only occurs if the 310.xx drivers are installed.

Below is a link to the crash dump files from today. I haven't looked at today's files, but I'm sure they are same crash as the files from last night.

And full system specs:

Anyone have a possible solution?
