I've just bought a Nokia 6230 and am having two annoying problems.

The first is accessing the phone via PC Suite. I downloaded the latest
version from the Nokia website, but it made no difference. Sometimes
when I connect, the phone is simply not visible. I can't see the
'Nokia 6230' folder, so can't view any of the files on the phone. This
doesn't happen all the time, but when it does there seems to be no way
to fix it (without rebooting my PC). If I open the Audio Manager it
tells me that no phone is connected even though I have a connection
logo and the PC Suite main menu page says 'Nokia 6230 connected via
IrDA'. I'm running the software on XP Home.

The memory card problem is more annoying. The phone came with a 32 Meg
card in the box which I could not access. It's not visible in any of
the file explorers or Windows Explorer. There is a folder called 'No
Name' but this has only 4k of space according to the phone. I assume
this is not a compatibility problem as the 32MB card came bundled with
the phone. I have also tried an MMC card purchased separately, but I
can't access this either.

Anyone have any idea why I'm having these problems? The MP3 player
functionality is useless without the additional memory and I'm
starting to regret spending so much money :-/
