Where to start upgrading system

Hi I was wondering if the community could help me identify the best component to upgrade in my gaming PC as it is a few years old now and I would like to max out crysis 3.

MOBO - ASUS P8P67 LE B3 Intel P67 Motherboard
RAM - 2x Patriot PGV38G1333ELK G Series Sector 5 Desktop Memory Kit - 8GB (2x 4GB), PC3-10666, DDR3-1333MHz, 240-pin DIMM, 9-9-9-24 CAS Latency - 16GB total RAM
GPU - EVGA GeForce GTX 460 SE Video Card - 1GB GDDR5, PCI-Express 2.0, Dual DVI, Mini HDMI 1.4, DirectX 11
PSU - Ultra LSP750 750-Watt Power Supply
HD - WD Blue WD3200AAJS SY Hard Drive - 320GB, 3.5" SATA, 7200RPM, 8MB Cache, OEM

I just sent in my MOBO for warranty replacement so I was thinking about selling it and upgrading to the Z77 series MOBO as well as ordering GeForce 660Ti.

Getting a better GPU will be great for a gaming performance increase.

Your not going to max crysis 3 out with one 660ti but it will play the crap out of it. I would buy another for sli or get a 7970 personally.

which brand Z77 Mobo is the bang for its buck? The P8P67 isn't cutting it for me anymore.
