Suitable Video Card for Dell Dimension 3100 PCI slot

I don't want to dispose of my old Dell 3100, but it has a problem with its integrated graphic chip.
I'd like to substitute with a video card but the motherboard only has two PCI (not PCI express) slots.
Is there still something on the market that isn't too expensive, considering the age of that system? (probably 32-bit 5v.)

Given these options, I'd say to go for Zotac GT 610 model at the first choice. For cheaper pick EVGA 8400 GS or Sparkle 6200 as these cards perform similarly at the price below 40 buck.
